I bring my background in modern dance and choreography into my fitness classes, where rhythm, musicality and energy shape the overall experience. I have worked professionally as a dancer and choreographer with well-known Romanian artists, performing on stage and contributing to official music video productions, including collaborations with Andra, Deepcentral, and Fly Project, and has danced in internationally recognised venues such as Amnesia Ibiza

This professional experience allows me to design dynamic, rhythm-led fitness sessions that are accessible for beginners while still offering progression and challenge for more advanced clients.

Spinning

Indoor cycling sessions with music-driven intervals to build stamina, power, and fat-burning intensity.

Box Exercise (Boxercise)

Punch, jab, and move—boxing-style conditioning for cardio, core, and total-body strength.

Private Coaching

One-to-one sessions tailored to your goals (strength, mobility, confidence, technique). Ask for availability.

Small Group Training

Train with a friend or two for extra accountability. Programming can be adjusted to your level.
